Information and consent form including information on allergies, health and consent to use images prior to undertaking outdoor activities for children or adults to ensure sessions can be delivered safely

We will keep data for as long as is needed to complete the task for which it was collected. Relationships between Oak Forest School and its funders are often long term, and so we expect to keep your data for as long as that relationship exists, or until we no longer need it.
